Youthful practicality

One of our favorite colors, ‘sand grey,’ dominates this kitchen. Take a look—it shows a different character in every photo, sometimes appearing warmer, other times cooler.

Believe it or not, this was one of our most challenging designs. The young owners came in with an interior designer’s plan that unfortunately exceeded their budget and was a bit less practical in some aspects, so we had to rethink it. Another difficulty was the poorly considered construction details typical of apartment complexes. But after all the ‘struggles,’ the final design—and the kitchen furniture—came to life, and we even managed to find space for a wine cooler.

The sophisticated color scheme flows throughout the space, reflecting the owner’s refined taste. 🙂
